Endpoint protection and patch management across every district-owned device, MFA on staff and admin accounts at minimum, a tested backup and disaster-recovery plan for student information systems, network segmentation between instructional and administrative traffic, and camera/access-control coverage that's actually documented — not tribal knowledge held by one retiring staff member.
A note on scope
